Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, seeks a Manager of Systems Engineering Product Verification to lead the verification of Starkey products worldwide. You will shape verification strategy and build a high-performing team, partnering across R&D to ensure quality and reliability.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and timelines, and drive continuous improvement in verification processes, enabling innovative hearing technologies that change lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related field required.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Five to ten years of systems engineering or product integration and verification experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recent management experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of test automation and systems integration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering Product Verification team and define verification strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional system and product-level verification activities.
• Ensure department staff development, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Manage department budgets, hiring, and staff development.
• Represent department in R&D and drive interdepartmental collaboration.
