You will shape verification strategy, drive staffing, and ensure products meet requirements before global release.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative hearing technologies that improve lives through exceptional product

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of systems engineering or product integration and verification experience at a senior level.
• Minimum 3 years of recent management experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Systems Engineering Product Verification team.
• Coordinate cross-functional system and product-level verification activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage staffing, budget, and performance for the department; align goals with long-term strategy.
• Develop verification strategies and ensure timely delivery of G-NPI and department deliverables.
• Mentor staff and foster professional growth; maintain staff engagement and morale.
