Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks an engineer to support a national security-critical weapon system through development, deployment, and sustainment.

You will act as a trusted partner to a digital engineering-driven Air Force organization, performing requirements verification and TPM analyses while managing internal program requirements. Ideal candidates have MBSE experience with Cameo/Rhapsody, familiarity with DOORS and SysML, and 3+ years with a Bachelor’s (or 2+ with a Master’s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree.
• Direct experience with SENTINEL/MMIII weapon systems preferred.
• Experience with MBSE and Cameo or other MBSE tools (Rhapsody, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with TPMs preferred.
• Experience with Risk Management preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS preferred.
• Experience with SysML preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout engineering development, deployment, and sustainment.
• Act as a trusted partner to a digital engineering-driven Air Force organization.
• Perform requirements verification activities, including Risk Management and TPMs.
• Manage internal program requirements.
• Analyze DOORS data modules and CAMEO/SysML models.
• Prepare critical reports for System Qualification.
• Serve as a key interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with U.S. Government intent regarding requirements products and artifacts.
• Consult regularly with the USAF System Program Office (SPO) on stakeholder needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
