Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks a qualified engineer to support a national security-critical weapon system across development, deployment and sustainment. The role includes shaping requirements, policies, and technical standards to meet user needs and costs.

Candidate should have DOORS experience, MBSE tools familiarity, and a background in systems engineering. U.S. citizenship and active clearance readiness are required, with Top Secret preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or science required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS required.
• Direct experience with Sentinel/MMIII weapon systems preferred.
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, Rhapsody) preferred.
• Experience with Technical Performance Measures and Risk Management preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and SysML preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout development, deployment, and sustainment.
• Help manage internal program requirements for Sentinel program.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Define system requirements based on user needs, cost, and integration.
• Define technical standards and functionality tests.
