Job summary

Jobtailor in Miami seeks an experienced Training Program Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

You will design learning strategies, manage calendars, and facilitate webinars while using data to refine content and measure impact. Travel ~25% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus on Training, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or a related field
• Experience in project management, program execution, and training delivery
• Approximately 25% travel required
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to think critically and contribute ideas to improving training programs based on data, feedback, and business needs
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive alignment across teams
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to build polished presentations and manage data effectively
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and strong comfort working with data
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, including Rise 360
• Experience using Canva or similar tools to support the creation of visually engaging training materials
• Experience working with webinar and virtual training platforms (e.g., Webex, Teams, or similar tools)
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support content development
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Confidence facilitating training sessions and presenting to both internal and external audiences
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through

• Support strategic initiatives and industry events, including Celebrity Learning Seminars at Sea and CCGSC
• Manage training-related event logistics, stakeholder coordination, supply ordering, and inventory management
• Coordinate onboard and in-person program execution
• Track deliverables, deadlines, forms, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate communications and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Communications, Creative teams, and external vendors
• Coordinate development of training materials aligned with brand standards
• Track and report attendance, completion rates, engagement, and survey results using Excel and Power BI
• Execute programs within budget, track expenses, and manage resources
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to support content development and streamline workflows
