The role emphasizes test engineering principles, problem solving, and effective communication. A U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required, with a 9/80 work schedule and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 0 years).
• US Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of system integration and test principles.
• Experience with development of test plans, procedures and reports (functional testing).

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure gov't requirements are met.
• Design/test protocols, create test cases and scripts, conduct hands-on testing.
• Collaborate with system engineers, developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Analyze test data, report results, and recommend system improvements.
