Job summary

Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience, knowledge of vehicle systems, and the ability to travel (>10%). The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Decompose system requirements and design test plans and verification strategies.
• Improve the quality and coverage of system verification.
• Build new processes that improve organization, traceability and clarity.
• Develop new tools that improve test repeatability, efficiency or completeness.
• Create new test frameworks and capabilities, including simulation-based or hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Identify missing requirements and gaps in design and implementation.
• Develop approaches to evaluate the system and improve test execution efficiency.
• Debug and resolve test-related failures and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Communicate results and test status; build dashboards for stakeholders.
