Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Systems Validation.
• Extensive system-level, integration, and end-to-end testing of complex software/hardware systems.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C# or C++ with test automation development experience.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and analysis.
• Experience automating testing in CI/CD using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across components.
• Ability to lead testing efforts, mentor engineers, and coordinate validation activities.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of system-level test strategies and validation activities for hardware and software.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test solutions for end-to-end workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across software, hardware, networking, and systems.
• Improve QE processes, methodologies, and automation frameworks for better coverage and quality.
• Develop test automation and integrate into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Systems, and QE teams to define quality objectives and release criteria.
• Analyze test results and metrics to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in validation and automation.
• Provide technical leadership across validation initiatives and align project teams.
