Qualifications

• Five years' experience administering a PC network environment.
• Ability to train users on supported hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical hardware/software support for Plant 65.
• Train users on Yarn Shop Floor and other supported systems.
• Assist with LAN and WAN administration and remote IT services.
• Replace and maintain PCs and servers as needed.
• Support Shaw Fiber System and corporate hardware/software.
• Assist with development and upgrade of plant IS/IT systems.

The Systems Technician will train users on supported hardware/software, provide LAN and WAN Administration as required.
