GE Vernova is seeking a Repairs Program Manager in the United States to lead wind turbine repair programs from concept through product sunset. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across EHS, Sourcing, Quality, and Services to meet milestones, stay within budget, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in program management or renewable energy engineering, and up to 25% travel.

The Repairs Mission Team works on developing solutions for field execution in line with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Reduction. Programs include developing crane-less solutions for Major Component replacements, developing new tools to enable technicians to perform work safer, and improving on existing processes to reduce the time a repair takes to execute in the field. While we increase availability for our customers we also work to make things better for our technicians maintaining the turbines in the fleet. The Repairs Mission Team works on highly complex problems with high business impact.

A successful Technical Program Manager is self-starting, independent, and demonstrates ownership over program milestones such as bill of material releases, development of product documentation for quoting and lifecycle management, validation of the product, and implementation of lessons learned into product improvements. They will work closely with Product Managers, Systems Engineers, Subsystem Program Managers, Sourcing, and Configuration Management to maintain a tightly interconnected team working towards the common goal of developing world-class wind turbines.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
