• Proficient MS Office; SQL familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of system requirements, change requests, and test materials.
• Create training materials and user manuals for system entry procedures.
• Provide system training to clients and agents on system functionality.
• Interact with IT, clients and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate small-to-medium projects and upgrades.
