re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC, based in CVG110, is seeking a Systems Support Engineer to support Reverse Logistics operations. The role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining testing infrastructure for Failure Analysis and hardware testing across platforms, with automation and reliability goals.

You will work in a multi-platform, international lab environment with cross-team collaboration. Candidates should have 2+ years Linux admin/development, experience with Python/Java, and a 24/7

Qualifications

• 2+ years Linux sys admin and/or development experience.
• 2+ years in Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Bash/Shell.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field.
• Experience in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain testing infrastructure for Failure Analysis.
• Develop automation and tooling to improve testing efficiency.
• Use source control, code review, change management and deployment mechanisms.
• Monitor infrastructure health and investigate failures.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Manage engineering work through projects and tickets.
• Support testing solutions through product lifecycle.
• Maintain test infrastructure materials and inventory.
