We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to serve as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day system support across our commercial real estate portfolio. This role will focus on troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of key business systems.
In addition to frontline support, this role will contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and departments in a fast‑paced environment.
