Job summary

Onni is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist in Phoenix to support multiple platforms and business systems across residential, hospitality, and commercial markets.

You will join a technical team, manage workflows, use a ticketing system to assist end-users, and participate in system upgrades and maintenance as needed.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to help maintain system standards and support company operations.

Qualifications

• Technical support or system administration with a ticketing system.
• Preferred knowledge: Yardi Voyager, hospitality PMS, Prism.
• Experience with Multifamily Property Management & Accounting.
• Experience with Payment Processing.
• Experience with eSignature Lease Documents.
• API integration with HTML templates.
• Experience in Facilities or Commercial Property Management.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position will be responsible for the multiple platforms and systems upon which our business is operated. It will be a part of a talented group of technical team members, who specialize in providing support to multiple systems. It will be responsible for offering technical support on the systems used by our residential, hospitality, and commercial markets. It will provide solutions that increase our effectiveness and efficiency across the platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Act as a member of a multi-point-of-contact team


• Completing and maintaining regular system workflows


• Use a ticketing system and Support Team to assist end-users with trouble issues or knowledge requests


• Working with System Support management to uphold System's team standards.


• Understanding of multiple markets and the systems that are supported for each


• Continuously stays up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is understood


• Assists with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance when required

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Language Skills


• Technical Support or System Administration experience utilizing a support ticketing system.


• Preferred knowledge of Yardi Voyager, hospitality PMS programs, Prism
