Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
• One year full-time experience designing, implementing, and maintaining operating systems software on complex multi-user systems and two years programming in a higher level language.
• Three years of programming experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.
• Desirable: experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and certifications for cloud/platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Developing software development practices with cloud service deployments.
• Producing and managing documentation for processes.
• Administration of cloud-hosted software solutions and integrations.
• Administration of Identity management solutions, on-prem Active Directory, and integrations.
• Supporting end users with application issues.
• Project tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Administration of endpoint management and MDM solutions.
