Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years with Bachelor's in STEM, 3+ years with a Master's, 1+ year with a Doctorate.
• Experience using MIL-STD-882E to conduct hazard analyses.

Responsibilities

• Influence design to meet safety requirements for our products.
• Create functional specifications and establish safety requirements for assigned systems.
• Develop safety documents to support customer/test requirements and perform audits of operational areas.
• Evaluate how system safety integrates with design and development to ensure cost-effective programs.
• Generate or review design artifacts to support system safety analyses for weapons systems.
