Job summary
Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a Systems Project Analyst for the Field Technology Services Department at Avon Park Correctional Institution. The role provides comprehensive technical support and administration of SMS-Systems Management servers and related network infrastructure across multiple locations.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must currently work for the Florida Department of Corrections.
Responsibilities
- Install, support, and manage SMS-Systems Management servers, including backups and automation of software installations.
- Track hardware/software inventory and set standards for SMS server usage and updates.
- Analyze and upgrade hardware/software while ensuring antivirus protection is current.
- Provide advanced technical support for computer systems and networks across multiple locations, including planning and improving network performance.
- Set up servers, computers, and peripherals; assist with complex issues and train users as needed.
