Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a Systems Production Manager to direct and coordinate production operations across facilities. You will influence plant results, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with branch teams to optimize labor, materials, and resources while building high-performance cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a management or manufacturing related field preferred or equivalent of 5+ years production operations, warehousing and managerial experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; lead and motivate teams
• Experience coordinating production operations, scheduling, inventory and safety compliance
• Basic understanding of accounting/financial statements and KPI tracking
• Ability to lead process improvements and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production operations for one or more processes
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in plant operations
• Lead and develop production staff; manage workload and resources
• Collaborate with branches to share resources and meet customer demand
• Maintain SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and manage inventory levels and production schedules
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with procurement
• Support budget processes with branch-related KPIs
