Job summary

You will define product requirements, develop modeling solutions, perform root‑cause analysis, prove concepts, and deliver system‑level power insights while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely feature validation and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience with power modeling for computer systems or APUs.
• Hands-on debugging with lab equipment.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, C/C++.

• Develop and implement System Power Modeling methodologies and frameworks
• Develop software/hardware modeling frameworks
• Cover diverse system architectures aligned with product planning segments
• Analyze systems and profile power impact from components, features and workloads
• Drive technical innovation to improve AMD’s capabilities across product development and validation
• Work with multiple teams to validate and optimize features on time
• Collaborate with product planning and technical teams
• Lead collaboration across teams
