Job summary

Nextech Group Limited, a growing MSP in Clearwater, seeks a Systems & Network Engineer to join our team. You will manage client infrastructure spanning Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and cloud environments, while supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.

You will configure firewalls, switches, VPNs, and ensure documentation keeps pace with a growing knowledge base. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MSP/IT services, strong Windows Server/AD skills, solid networking knowledge, and relevant

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP/IT services environment.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Solid networking fundamentals including VPNs and firewalls.
• Relevant certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certs) a plus.
• Strong communication and client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client infrastructure across Windows Server, networking, and cloud environments.
