Job summary

Nextech Group Limited, near Tampa International Airport, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our MSP team in Florida. You will act as a senior escalation point, design and maintain enterprise infrastructure, and lead cloud migrations across client environments.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead client-facing infrastructure projects from scoping to delivery, and ensure robust documentation and processes. Strong Windows/AD, virtualization, and networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems/infrastructure engineering, preferably in MSP/IT services.
• Strong Windows Server, AD and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) expertise.
• Solid networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN).
• Relevant certifications a plus (Microsoft/CompTIA/Cisco).
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
• Excellent client communication and project delivery focus.
