Job summary

Poly-America, L.P. is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The role focuses on managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and networking across multiple locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating on-call duties.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Windows server administration, strong networking knowledge, and relevant certifications. Travel to subsidiaries may be required, and the company offers competitive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years Microsoft Windows server administration experience.
• 3+ years advanced networking (VLANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls).
• 3+ years of AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and support core IT operations.
• Analyze data to support business cases and requirements.
• Prepare documentation and communicate reports with root causes and solutions.
• Coordinate system deployments and vendor-driven upgrades.
• Maintain servers, load-balancers, and storage across locations.
