Job summary

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to direct systems and network operations for USMEPCOM under ENLIST. The role leads the ORT, coordinating outage resolution, disaster recovery, and incident response planning.

Requirements include ITIL v4 certs, an active Secret clearance, and at least three years of IPv4/IPv6 experience, with on-site work at USMEPCOM Headquarters in North Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Foundation and/or Practice Manager certifications required or equivalent.
• DoDM 8140.03 related certifications required or better.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum three years in the past five years with IPv4/IPv6 stacks.

Responsibilities

• Directs systems/network operations and maintenance for USMEPCOM enterprise.
• Lead the Outage Response Team (ORT) including outage recovery and COOP.
• Coordinate with government personnel, vendors, and contractors to restore service.
