Job summary

MicroHealth LLC is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to support the USMEPCOM enterprise. The role covers systems/network administration, O&M, and service ownership to ensure enterprise operations meet defined service levels. An Active Secret Clearance is required.

The candidate will lead outage response, coordinate with vendors, and drive incident response planning to maintain security and availability across distributed networks.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with IPv4 or IPv6 protocol stacks.
• DoD 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program certifications.
• ITIL v4 Practice Manager Certification or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Apply RMF security principles to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Provide engineering, integration, and testing support for infrastructure.
• Configure systems including hardware, software, and OS integration.
• Lead the contractor team responsible for O&M of all USMEPCOM networks.
• Lead the Outage Response Team and oversee outage response and recovery.
• Coordinate outages with third parties and inform USMEPCOM leadership.
• Direct the ORT and develop outage response procedures.
• Create and maintain Incident Response Plan and review quarterly.
