Job summary

Arise Homes, a new home builder and developer, seeks a Systems Manager to oversee and improve our systems infrastructure. You will manage ERP/CRM platforms, drive automation, and lead cross-functional IT initiatives to boost efficiency and security.

This full-time role requires leadership, process improvement, and strong project management. Expect collaboration with department leaders and ongoing system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Leadership experience in systems, IT, or operations management.
• Experience managing ERP and CRM systems; implementation experience is a bonus.
• Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Experience creating or managing automations (integrations, low-code/no-code tools, or scripting).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and data management.
• Experience managing vendors and external technology partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability.
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

Join a dynamic and customer-focused team dedicated to helping families find their dream home. As the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and continuously improving Arise Homes' systems infrastructure. This role manages existing platforms, evaluates and implements new technologies, and drives process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The Systems Manager will also oversee IT functions and lead system-related projects across departments.

JOB HOURS

This is a full-time position between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
