JOB DESCRIPTION – CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

This includes completing necessary detail work in order to get homes ready for the scheduled orientation date, maintaining a standard of quality and professionalism to ensure a remarkable home‑buying experience.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager.

JOB HOURS

• 40–45 hours per week (7:45 am‑5 pm, M‑F).
• Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
• After‑hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
• Travel occasionally required.
