Job summary
Kansas Health System is seeking a System Manager for Consignment and Implants in Kansas City. You will lead a team, manage consignment contracts, and work with vendors and clinical staff to optimize product availability, quality, and value, while aligning with system-wide sourcing strategies and process improvements.
The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director and BSS/SC leadership to grow the consignment program, standardize product lines, and drive ongoing improvements in patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or Allied Health from an accredited college or university OR 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
- Experience leading teams through effective change and vendor management.
- Lean training within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Oversee consignment/implant products and par levels in collaboration with directors.
- Manage end-to-end consignment/implant contracts and audit processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clinical end-users and leadership to optimize availability and value.
- Lead and develop staff, ensure policy compliance and effective stakeholder communication.
- Support standardization and program growth through strategic planning with BSS/SC leadership.
