Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or Allied Health; 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Must complete TUKHS Lean training within 12 months of hire.
• Experience leading teams through effective change; AHVAP and Lean certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Kansas City team and collaborate with Director of Distribution and Logistics.
• Determine consignment/implant products and par levels with vendors.
• Manage end-to-end consignment/implant contracts process for consistency.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly audit process and report discrepancies.
• Ensure vendor compliance with health system policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peri-operative leaders to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop strategy with BSS and SC leadership to maximize program growth.
• Share information with end-user leaders and teams to achieve objectives.
