Job summary

This role requires substantial hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and low voltage systems. You'll lead the site during rough-ins and ensure all systems function seamlessly together.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for reading plans, will be methodical in their work, and will communicate effectively with team members and subs. This position offers exposure to all phases of builds and the pathway to future employee ownership.

Qualifications

• Genuine hands-on experience across at least three of the four MEP trades.
• Ability to read MEP coordination drawings effectively.
• Strong communication skills and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site during rough-in, performing installations.
• Act as the systems brain, reading MEP drawings and flagging issues.
• Prepare the site for licensed subs and keep them informed.
