Job summary

Unlimited Building Solutions is seeking a Lead Field Installer / Working Foreman to supervise on-site teams while actively installing and mentoring laborers. You will read blueprints, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The role demands 7–10+ years of hands-on construction experience, leadership capabilities, and strong communication with clients and managers. A valid driver’s license and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of hands-on construction or installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
• Proven leadership experience with small teams.
• Strong safety and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on installations while training team and laborers.
• Read blueprints, schematics and project plans for precise execution.
• Lead and coordinate installation team to be productive and collaborative.
• Ensure safety protocols, project specs and quality workmanship are followed.
• Anticipate issues, troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement solutions.
• Communicate progress and directives to project and field managers via phone, email, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee daily site conditions, document progress, manage material flow, and assist with scheduling sub-trades.
• Interact professionally with clients, homeowners, sub-trades, reps, inspectors, and stakeholders.
