Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS on desktop and server platforms.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies, system software, hardware, and networking interconnectivity.
• Intermediate troubleshooting and ability to perform server builds and lifecycle management.
• Strong customer service and solid written/oral communication abilities.
• Active IAT II certification such as Security+ or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Preferred certifications in VMware or Microsoft Windows Server/Azure.

Key qualifications:

• Knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows OS) on desktop and server platforms
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies, system software, hardware, and networking interconnectivity
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills and ability to perform server builds and lifecycle management
