Tesla Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integrator to work with the Sponsor's product owner and program manager, delivering user stories that realize the Sponsor's product vision.

The role involves coordinating with multiple Sponsor teams to ensure solutions, data structures, and workflows meet requirements and users can apply them effectively. The contractor team will apply an agile approach, delivering releasable features every iteration and guiding users in how to use enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience with data collection and exploitation workflows.
• Experience leading agile development teams.
• Ability to tailor user assistance to user needs.
• Experience training users on enterprise technologies.
• Experience documenting instructions for new technologies and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sponsor's product owner and program manager to deliver user stories that realize the Sponsor's product vision.
• Coordinate with Sponsor organization to ensure solutions, data structures, and workflows meet defined requirements and users can apply them.
• Apply an agile approach to software and workflow development with releasable features every iteration.
• Communicate user stories and requirements to Sponsor's main technology group for prioritization and execution.
• Guide and train users in best practices for using enterprise technologies or applications.
• Present, document, and maintain instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
