• Daily operations support, monitoring baselines, logs and issues to ensure reliability.
• Lead or participate in triage, root-cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, decomposition, documentation and traceability across software, infrastructure and integration workstreams.
• Coordinate with System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, and DevSecOps to maintain availability and configuration integrity.
• Perform blameless post-incident reviews and drive improvements to automation and monitoring.
