Role Summary

As a Technology Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to support Tempus solutions integration. You will work directly with customers as a technical advisor, leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, guiding integration, and managing API specifications. This role involves troubleshooting and consulting to ensure seamless project execution and excellent client experiences. Programming experience and understanding of integration frameworks are essential, though this is not a development role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align integration efforts with client goals.
2. Lead technical discussions on use cases, workflows, and requirements.
3. Advise on best practices, architecture, and product capabilities.
4. Act as a technical contact during the integration process.
5. Troubleshoot issues, including reviewing code bases.
6. Educate stakeholders on product features and industry standards.
7. Stay updated on technical developments within Tempus products.
8. Provide feedback to improve products and features.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a collaborative, problem-solving professional with strong communication skills, programming knowledge, and experience reviewing source code. The candidate should be curious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Web APIs and software integrations.
• Knowledge of debugging and analyzing workflows.
• Understanding of XML/JSON, Delphi, Vue.js, HTML/JavaScript, C#, .NET, microservices architecture.
• Background in software development, architecture, or consulting.
• Experience with payment systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

Typically requires a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Pay Range

Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $98,800, depending on location, skills, and experience. Incentives are performance-based.
