As a Technology Integration Specialist, you'll collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to support integration of Tempus solutions. You'll serve as a technical advisor, lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and manage API specifications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring excellent client experiences. Programming experience and understanding of integration frameworks are necessary, though this is not a development role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align with client goals.
2. Lead discussions on use cases, workflows, and technical requirements.
3. Advise on best practices, architecture, and product capabilities.
4. Serve as a technical point-of-contact during integration.
5. Troubleshoot integration issues, including code review.
6. Educate stakeholders on product features and industry standards.
7. Stay updated on product developments and provide feedback to improve offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Collaborative, solution-oriented professional.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of programming languages and environments.
• Experience with source code review and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Web APIs and software integrations.
• Familiarity with debugging, XML/JSON, Delphi, Vue.js, HTML/JavaScript, C#, .NET, microservices.
• Background in software development, architecture, or consulting.
• Experience with payment systems, e-commerce, or POS platforms is a plus.
