As a Technology Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to support Tempus solutions integration. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, guiding API specifications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless project execution. Success in this role requires programming experience, understanding of integration frameworks, and confidence navigating technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to align with client goals for successful integration.
2. Lead discussions on solution use cases, workflows, and technical requirements.
3. Advise on integration best practices, architecture, and product capabilities.
4. Act as a technical point-of-contact during integration processes.
5. Troubleshoot integration issues, including code reviews.
6. Educate stakeholders on product features, API functionalities, and industry standards.
7. Stay updated on technical enhancements within Tempus products.
8. Provide feedback to product and development teams for improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Collaborative professional with problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
• Proficient in programming languages and development environments.
• Experience reviewing and troubleshooting source code.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Web APIs and software integrations.
• Knowledge of debugging, XML/JSON, Delphi, Vue.js, HTML/JavaScript, C#, .NET, microservices.
• Background in software development or technical consulting.
• Experience with payment systems, e-commerce, or POS platforms is a plus.

Requires a university/college degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.

Pay Range: $45,000 – $98,800, based on location, skills, and experience. Incentives may apply.
