Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Grand Prairie, Texas, seeks an experienced Systems Test Engineer responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining integration and testing of in‑house developed and COTS/GOTS components.

The role synthesizes customer requirements into test solutions, develops test plans, coordinates with programs, analyzes results, and delivers comprehensive evaluations to verify system performance while ensuring fixes are regression-tested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in hardware lab testing
• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification
• Requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in hardware lab testing
• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification
• Requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events
• Experience in qualification testing per MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD environments
• Experience in with HWIL testing

Pay Information

Full‑Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
