Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test professional to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integrated subsystems. You will synthesize requirements into robust test plans, coordinate with multiple teams, and verify performance with regression testing.

Responsibilities include preparing test readiness, reviewing results, and delivering comprehensive subsystem evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.

Standard Job Description

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in‑house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T), systems hardware testing, hardware development, integration and test, systems requirements
• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Experience with competing Departmenf of Defense engineering company
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑STD‑461, and DO‑160
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews

Experience with Missile systems

Pay Information

Full‑Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
