Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking multiple System Test Engineers (all levels) to join the Ground Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Services team in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will design, develop, and execute tests to ensure radar meets quality standards and warfighter expectations, collaborating with SW/HW/cyber teams. You will prepare test plans, descriptions, and procedures, analyze results, and maintain detailed test records while supporting modernization efforts and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute tests for radar systems in laboratories or site locations.
• Plan resources, schedules, and equipment for test and evaluation.
• Create test plans, descriptions, and procedures; analyze results and report defects.
• Develop specifications and documentation for test procedures and record results.
• Ensure testing complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
