Job summary
RTX seeks a senior systems engineer to advance Ground-Based Radar (GBR) systems from requirements to architecture and verification. You will lead development efforts, document system-level designs, and work with software and test teams to deliver high-performance radar solutions onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
A STEM degree and extensive MR&E experience are required. Responsibilities include MBSE modeling, MATLAB/LINUX usage, and collaboration across disciplines to meet complex customer
Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and extensive experience with radar systems.
- Proven ability to develop, document, and maintain system-level requirements and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience coding system models, algorithms, test vectors, and evaluation tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectures and requirements for GBR systems.
- Define documentation and verification approaches for system-level performance.
- Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver radar solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate designs.
