Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL seeks a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (IC2) to join the Ground Production Operations team supporting the LRHW program. You will provide hands-on integration, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement to keep production on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 0–2 years of experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with system integration or manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production floor needs by identifying and resolving issues.
• Partner with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement to ensure material availability and readiness for build operations.
• Monitor production workflow and address blockers
• Coordinate with cross‑functional engineering teams to resolve non‑conformances
• Support configuration management, hardware tracking, and production documentation accuracy
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program requirements
