Position: Integrated Security Solutions Technician

Location: Tempe, AZ

We are considering experienced applicants only. The role involves servicing Commercial Integrated Security Systems such as Electronic Access Control, CCTV/Video Monitoring, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
2. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors for successful installations.
3. Provide customer training and conduct on-site assessments.
4. Promote service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
5. Ensure a safe work environment and manage job documentation.
6. Maintain inventory and understand all parts and part numbers.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
2. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
3. Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
4. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
5. Commitment to customer service.
