DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Integrated Security Solutions Service Technician in Tempe, AZ.

This role involves servicing Commercial Integrated Security Systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm systems, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and professional growth. The technician will collaborate with customers and vendors, train customers, and support service contracts while maintaining inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of parts, numbers and descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
