DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for its Integrated Security Systems division in Tempe, Arizona.

You will lead the completion of service, repair, and installation projects involving Video, Access Control, and Intrusion detection systems, coordinating admin, engineering, and technicians to meet schedule and budget. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree preference, experience in commercial security systems, and strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
• Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
• Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.

We sell, service and install security system equipment for commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experienced Project Manager/Commercial Security Systems.
• Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience.
• Must have proven experience in a fast‑paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.
• Travel - 5-15% of the time.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
