Job summary

DH Pace Company, a leading security solutions provider, is seeking a Service Technician for Integrated Security Systems in Boston, MA. You will install and service access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, and parking revenue systems at commercial sites.

The role requires hands-on installation experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Prior experience in systems integration, access control, or security field required
• Strong troubleshooting skills required
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, and parking revenue systems
• Interact with customers, vendors, and other contractors on-site to properly coordinate successful installations
• Maintain safe working environment and upon completion of day’s work ensure job site is clean and clear of debris
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers, and part descriptions
• Ensure that all job tickets and time sheets are completed, signed, and submitted accurately and timely
• Other responsibilities as assigned

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

$26 - $39 USD
