Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an AI Business Analyst to drive AI, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will elicit requirements, translate them into functional specs, and serve as a bridge between business teams and AI/ML engineers.

You will define KPIs, support data quality checks, and help build analytics dashboards while collaborating with product, data science, QA, and engineering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business/Systems Analyst in tech environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data-driven decisions, analytics workflows.
• Experience across product lifecycle: requirements, design, UAT, go-live, post-implementation support.
• Translate complex business processes into functional/technical requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to research, interpret, and present insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis, KPI definition, dashboards.
• Familiarity with predictive modelling, AI solution use cases, automation opportunities, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in testing cycles including functional testing, UAT, and regression.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct stakeholder training sessions.
