ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks a Systems Integration Manager to lead mid-office automation and agent systems in a US-remote role. You will oversee programming, QA, and cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end workflows.

Reporting to the Director of Automation Development & Strategy, you translate business needs into technical tasks, review supplier integrations, and drive on-call support and project delivery with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with QC systems, preferably Compleat by Concur.
• Basic knowledge of online booking tools.
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL.
• Version control concepts and application to systems.
• Knowledge of XML standards and web services.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process service requests across departments.
• Translate business requirements into functional statements of work.
• Review issues with supplier partners and provide second/third level support.
• Write and deploy code, test and document changes for QA systems.
• Participate in code reviews and monitor performance.
