Integrated Service Delivery Tech Lead (LCAT – Systems Integration Engineer Sr)

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Preferred certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Client management skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
• Relevant training and certifications in cloud engineering.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and security policies.
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
• Familiarity with the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with build tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub.
• Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, Terraform, Git.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders and business operations.
• Self-starter, self-managed, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python programming.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to work with challenging customers.
• Experience with IaC and DevOps tools: Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, JFROG.
• Experience automating manual processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies and work management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
