Integrated Service Delivery Tech Lead (LCAT – Systems Integration Engineer Sr)

This role is a 100% remote, long-term contract position.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, security policies, and cloud security.
• Experience with SDLC, build tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Git).
• Effective conflict management and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Linux, and Windows OS.
• Experience working with challenging customers.
• Knowledge of IaC, DevOps tools (Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, JFROG), and automation of manual processes.
• Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and work management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
