This safety-sensitive role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings, verify kits, and use required tooling. Shift 1, M-F 0700-1530, full time with overtime and occasional 24/7 support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year experience in basic SI assembly.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Demonstrates good component recognition skills.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work overtime and support a 24/7 operation when required.

Responsibilities

• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters batch information, and labels items per instructions.
• Uses required tooling and maintains equipment calibration.
• Performs hand soldering and inspection per documented instructions.
• Assembles subassemblies and assists with final unit integration.
• Enters data into production systems and supports process improvements.
